This Privacy Policy explains what information rezqd ("rezqd", "we", "us") collects and how it's used.

Information we collect

• Account information: name and email address for venue staff.
• Venue information: venue name, address, floor plan, and event details.
• Guest information: name, phone number, and party size entered by venue staff when taking a reservation.

How we use it

We use this information to operate rezqd — running reservations, managing floor plans and events, and, when a venue enables it, sending guests a text message confirming their reservation.

SMS & phone number data

Guest phone numbers are used only to send reservation-related text messages via our messaging provider (Twilio). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data sharing

We don't sell guest or venue data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate rezqd (for example, Supabase for hosting and Twilio for sending text messages), and only as needed to provide the service.

Data retention

Venue and guest data is retained for as long as an account is active. A venue owner can delete a venue and its associated data at any time from within rezqd.
