These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rezqd ("rezqd", "we", "us"), a venue and event reservation management platform. By creating an account or using rezqd, you agree to these Terms.

Using rezqd

rezqd lets venues manage floor plans, events, and guest reservations. You're responsible for the accuracy of the venue and guest information you enter, and for complying with applicable law when collecting and messaging your guests.

SMS & text messaging program

When enabled by a venue, rezqd sends guests a text message confirming their reservation (for example: guest name, event, date, time, party size, and confirmation code). Message frequency varies based on a guest's reservation activity — typically one message per reservation made.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future texts.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

Acceptable use

Don't use rezqd to send unsolicited, unlawful, or abusive messages, or to collect guest data without a lawful basis for doing so.

rezqd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. rezqd is still under active development and features may change.
